XED,ED,HD, andLHDseries are covered for life.

Which products have a limited warranty?

LHT,HT,HS,WG,MSseries, and thermal imaging devices have a 3-year warranty.

Are accessories covered?

No, accessories are excluded. However, you can return them within 30 days of purchase for free.

What does the warranty include?

Free repair or replacement if the product breaks or malfunctions. If it cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new product of equal or better performance.

What is not covered?

Loss, theft, intentional damage, and cosmetic damage that does not affect performance.
