Great riflescope for a great price, suitable as a top-end riflescope/that's my case but especially for "AR" rifles. I have several riflescopes, mounting rings and other accessories from this manufacturer and also several of my friends who are more than satisfied with them.
The DISCOVERYOPT ED-AR 1-8X24SFIR FFP riflescope is very well equipped and suitable for even the most powerful calibers. First of all, I appreciate the adjustable parallax (LVPO riflescopes with adjustable parallax are on the market like saffron) and open rectification towers. On this riflescope I would accept a thicker reticle, the intensity of the reticle illumination and the individual adjustable stages of weaker intensity, it would be completely enough if the weakest stage of illumination was the strongest, it would be completely enough if only the central dot was illuminated. On the other hand, you won't find anything better for that money. Later, when I receive the rings, I will expand the review and add some photos.

Scope functions well on a 308 out to 600yrds, the rings a very good and the whole packed is good for the money.

Rings seem to be well made and machined, installed and had no issues and is holding scope in place even under heavy recoil of my 300wsm ak imp. would purchase again.
Discoveryopt 5-25x56 all and all not a bad scope for the price,easy to make adjustments. clarity is pretty good, only draw back is when you are on 25 power the eye box is very critical to get a full image in the eye piece. The turrets are a positive click adjustment and return to the starting point. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is the eye box.

I love the clarity it offers at all magnification, although the eyebox is a bit finicky at full power. Also finding it difficult to find low mount rings for it locally. Other than that its better than i could have hoped for.

This is a great surprise for me because I am a benchrest competitor at 100 yards with an FX Kingi n .30.
From the time I open the box, I was very impressed. And when I started shooting I was even more impressed because the glass, in my opinion is excellent and it held zero and tracked perfectly even though I don't abuse it. I appreciate the large, turrets with audible and tactile "clicks". The surprise is getting such a great scope that compares favorably with my scopes costing thousands of dollars and it's at an unbelievable price. I highly recommend. Discoveryopt shipped the listed scope in a very thin clear heat sealed plastic cover with the scope box inside not sealed with tape or stickers which allowed it to be easily opened. Well I received the package with the plastic wrap ripped open and hanging off and of course it appears that the box was opened with paperwork and other small items missing from inside. I have tried to call and email support with zero response and all I have left is to contact my credit card company and start a charge back if Discoveryopt does not respond back shortly. The delivery photo by UPS shows the condition of the box sitting outside my door as proof of my claim.
