We would like to officially clarify the following regarding DISCOVERYOPT DTS / DTD series thermal imaging products:

1. International Release Status

The DTS / DTD series thermal imaging products have NOT been released for international sales at this time.

2. Unauthorized / Counterfeit Products

Any products labeled as “DISCOVERYOPT DTS / DTD” currently appearing on overseas websites, marketplaces, or offered by individual sellers are unauthorized, counterfeit, or illegally resold prototype samples originating from within China.
These products are NOT approved for overseas distribution.

3. Legal Enforcement

DISCOVERYOPT is actively collecting evidence and will take legal action against any parties involved to protect our trademark rights, intellectual property, and brand reputation.

4. After-Sales Service Notice

Customers who purchase DTS / DTD series products from unauthorized or unverified third-party websites or sellers will NOT be eligible for any after-sales service, warranty, or technical support from DISCOVERYOPT.

5. Official Sales Channels

We strongly remind all customers and partners:
❌ Do NOT purchase DTS / DTD products from unofficial websites or third-party sellers.

The official international release and authorized sales channels will be publicly announced through DISCOVERYOPT’s official platforms once available.

6. Identified Fraudulent Channels

We have identified the following fraudulent website and Facebook page, which are NOT authorized by DISCOVERYOPT to sell our products overseas:
