Eligibility Requirements

How To Enter

1. Publish an original real‑world photograph to your public Facebook or Instagram account. Your photo must show a complete physical DISCOVERYOPT riflescope in‑scene. Brand logo / product name visibility is strongly recommended. Close‑up shots of internal reticle only are NOT valid entries.
2. Mention / Tag official FB account: @DISCOVERYOPT within your post caption.
3. Include official contest hashtag: #DOGearContest in your post caption.
4. Following DISCOVERYOPT’s Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels is encouraged.

Prohibited Submissions: AI‑generated artwork, stolen / reposted third‑party images, violent, dangerous or offensive content will be rejected and disqualified without prior notice. Entries with heavily blurred / unidentifiable DISCOVERYOPT product will be deemed invalid.

Copyright & Content License

By submitting an entry to this contest, you warrant you own full copyright of your submitted photograph and you have obtained consent from any recognizable person appearing in your image.Upon entry, you grant DISCOVERYOPT a perpetual, worldwide, royalty‑free, non‑exclusive license to reproduce, display, edit, adapt, publish and distribute your submitted photo for marketing, promotional, exhibition, website and social‑media purposes, without additional compensation or further notice to you. This license survives contest conclusion even if your entry gets disqualified.

Finalist Selection & Voting Rules

1. After submission window closes, DISCOVERYOPT conducts internal preliminary screening. Approximately 10-20 qualified entries will be selected as finalists for public voting.
2. During voting phase, DISCOVERYOPT publishes one official voting post. Each finalist entry will be presented as an individual comment under this official post: Entry 1 | @[EntrantUsername] plus finalist image.
3. Vote Mechanic: Likes on each individual comment under the official voting post count as community votes for that finalist. Likes on entrants’ own original posts do not count for contest ranking.
4. Sponsor actively monitors voting activity. Bot‑driven artificial like‑inflation, vote‑buying or any fraudulent voting activity will result in immediate disqualification of the corresponding entry.
5. When voting period ends, final rankings are determined purely by total like‑count collected on each official‑post comment.

Failure to reply within this 7‑day window will constitute automatic forfeiture of prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at sponsor’s sole discretion.
4. DISCOVERYOPT is not liable for missed notifications caused by user privacy settings, message‑filter spam folders or incorrect account‑profile information.
